It was great to meet you in our Edinburgh office on 31 July. The session was really insightful, and I found it so interesting and valuable, many of us have been talking since the sessions about how engaging and knowledgeable you are.

The Accelerate Programme

I personally found it invaluable and feel its given me the confidence and self-belief I’ve been searching for, for years. I’ve recommended the course to anyone who will listen and think a couple of colleagues have enquired with their managers about them being nominated for this year’s programme.

Manging for Mental Health

Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Janice was a fantastic, engaging trainer. Right balance of informative content vs interactive group sessions. Was also a nice way to get to know a few more of my Beazley colleagues. I think this training should be compulsory for everyone in a leadership position - from the very top CEO to any team leader. I think it would also be helpful to have a session for junior employees on coping strategies in the workplace. New joiners and juniors probably do not get the support they need in our new hybrid world of work.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

Expertise in the subject matter was evident throughout the course. The ability to answer questions with clarity and depth showcased a profound understanding of mental health issues and the practical application of first aid principles.
Building Resilient Teams

Good balance and tempo. Easily relatable, and clearly relevant. Great mini course, excellently facilitated by Janice - far too much to cover in 90 minutes- good use of breakout rooms and case studies. Nice balance between theory and practical examples. Difficult to suggest what to leave out, apart from lengthening the session. Thank you for a really useful session.
