s Director of SyncSkills Performance, I am passionate about driving equality and inclusion through learning and development. For the past 20 years, I’ve believed that the digital world is a gateway to better access to talent and career development. My focus is on helping managers and leaders develop the skills and behaviours needed to navigate the complexities of managing international, diverse teams in today’s digital world. With a strong commitment to learner-centred, inclusive, and accessible experiences, I design programmes that prioritise practice and on-the-job application within safe, transformational environments. These spaces allow participants to engage, learn, and grow while focusing on real-world behavioural change. I work closely with organisations to tackle the unique challenges of hybrid and remote working, including communication, team cohesion, and distance management. Whether facilitating learning experiences, coaching managers, or designing accessible digital learning solutions, my goal is to help teams build the skills that drive both personal and organisational success. I am dedicated to empowering leaders with the competence and confidence they need to thrive in our ever-changing world, while creating opportunities for real transformation in the workplace.
